Early Years Educator (Level 3)

Early Years Educator
Pay: £12.50 per hour
Job Type: Full time,
Expected Hours: 30 – 40 hours per week. 7.30am–17.30pm / 8.00am – 18.00pm, Monday to Friday (though additional hours may be necessary depending on operational demands.)
Annual Leave: 28 days including Bank Holidays (pro-rated for part-time employees based on the number of days or hours worked)
Start Date: March 2026
 
Job Summary
Rand Farm Park Day Nursery and Pre-School is looking for a dedicated and nurturing Educator to join our warm and welcoming team!
 
As an Early Years Educator, you’ll play a vital role in fostering the development, curiosity, and confidence of our children aged 0-5 years. We are looking for someone who can provide engaging, age-appropriate activities while ensuring a safe and stimulating learning environment. Working closely with families, you’ll support each child’s unique developmental journey through care, play, and exploration.
 
Situated within the beautiful and interactive setting of Rand Farm Park, our nursery offers children daily hands-on experiences with animals, nature walks, and farm life – creating a truly unique early years’ experience.
A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Early Years
Experience working with toddlers in a nursery or early years setting
A warm, caring nature with a commitment to child-centred care and education
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Fun, Loving and enthusiastic
