Bank Early Years Educator (Qualified and Unqualified Considered)
Join Our Fun‑Loving Early Years Team at Rand Farm Park Day Nursery & Pre‑School!
Rand Farm Park Day Nursery & Pre‑School is looking for enthusiastic Early Years Educators to support our friendly and supportive team.
This role is perfect if you are seeking occasional or flexible hours to cover staff holidays, sickness, or busy periods, while still being part of a special, close‑knit nursery community.
This isn’t just any nursery job—this is early years with a twist. Nestled within a real working farm, our children enjoy animal encounters, outdoor exploration, nature walks, and hands‑on experiences that bring the EYFS to life in the most exciting way.
As a Bank Early Years Educator, you will support children aged 0–5 years to grow in confidence, creativity, and independence through nurturing care and playful learning. You will work alongside our permanent team to maintain a safe, engaging, and inspiring environment whenever you are on shift.
What We’re Looking For
We are searching for a special kind of educator—the kind who could have stepped straight out of a storybook. Someone who could be as curious as the Very Hungry Caterpillar, as kind‑hearted as Paddington Bear, or as magical as Mary Poppins.
We’d love to hear from you if you are:
Experienced and confident in supporting children from 3 months to 5 years old
Warm, caring, and child‑centred in your approach
Reliable, flexible, and happy to work on an ad hoc basis
Fun, enthusiastic, and ready to jump into farm‑inspired learning
A positive team player with good communication skills
Why Join Rand Farm Park Day Nursery?
Because where else can you support early learning while surrounded by animals, fresh air, and the joy of farm life? Our unique setting offers both children and staff a truly enriching and memorable experience—no two days are ever the same.
Bank staff are valued members of our team and play a vital role in keeping our nursery running smoothly.
